RECEIVED LOW QUALITY UGLY PRINT MASKS	July 12, 2020

I thought I was ordering white cloth (washable face masks).
Ordered 4/30/20, received in JULY. I would rate a ZERO but not an option.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. VERY POOR QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Incomplete order	June 8, 2020

The 2 masks I ordered arrived but the other 3 products never arrive, yet charged to my Visa. It has been since 4/07/2020. The company doesn't respond.
The masks are a beige color very thick & soft..very warm but well made.

Arrived no protective package and wrong quantity	May 30, 2020

I called and told rep I did not receive what I ordered and the one sent was not packaged properly. given the corona situation I was not comfortable using the mask. He told me he would credit me for $22.50. I offered to return mask and he said don't worry..not worth the time and effort and cost . I was only issued a creditof $17.00 charging me $5.50 for the mask. this is not what was agreed. thought this would be a new company that I could use to order supplies but given this experience I would not reorder..do not like the duplicity. If it was an honest mistake then I would appreciate receiving the $5.50 credit.

I ordered a set of 5. They are a quite heavy black fabric and not at all breathable. Also, the elastic is the type that goes around the back of your head and neck rather than the ears as shown in the picture. The elastic is too loose around the neck and they don't stay in place well. I don't think we will be able to wear them.

The masks shrunk after first washing.... They are very uncomfortable to wear now since the rubber strips pull the ears. They became basically kids" size masks.
