Water: drink at least six to eight glasses of distilled water per day. Remember that water alone is immediately absorbed in to the blood carrying oxygen and helping in the transportation of toxins. Juices, herbal teas or even water with lemon is identified by the body as a food and has to pass first trough the digestive system.
Avoid tap water, not even for cooking, and test your sources of water for pH and metal content.
Exercise: It is known fact that jogging and jumping stimulates the lymphatic system, thus aiding in the elimination of toxins. If you can't do it, practice strong walks. Exercise should be practiced as much as possible - a minimum three timer per week. Rope jumping is easy, cheap and strongly recommended for lymphatic stagnation. If you have back or knee issues you can get a mini-trampoline for home. Daily jumping, even if it is 10 minutes is advisable.
Remember that any type of exercise you practice will benefit you on all levels: mentally, emotionally and physically.
Sweating is good, not only because you are strengthening the heart and circulation, but also because the skin is your larger system of detoxification and by sweating we are stimulating the transportation of toxins out of the body. That is why it is important that we apply on our skin only products free of heavy metals and petroleum derivatives. Use natural soaps, toothpaste free of fluoride and chemicals, natural hair dyes, body lotions and face creams.
