Payment Options and Terms:

All prices are in US dollars. Natural Healing House accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover via a secure online checkout.

Shipping Options:

UPS STANDARD, TWO DAY, NEXT DAY, USPS PRIORITY

Shipping and Delivery Time:

Orders will usually be shipped within 24 hours.

Natural Healing House offers a flat-rate shipping cost of $6.50 for orders under $100.00.

For orders above $100.00 we offer free shipping within the United States.

Orders are usually NOT shipped over the weekend and will be shipped on the following Monday.

Expedited shipments (UPS Next Day, etc.) are not guaranteed.

Natural Healing House will endeavor to ship products as soon as possible, but occasionally your product will be delayed.

Unless specifically requested, most orders will be sent via UPS Ground (generally takes 2-3 days) on the West Coast and Priority Mail (Generally takes 3-4 days) on the East Coast. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Boxes and International destinations will be sent US Priority.

Arrival of International orders (outside of the USA) is not guaranteed. If the order does not arrive or is held by customs or not delivered for any reason, Natural Healing House will not be held responsible and will not refund product or shipping costs.

If any products in the order are out of stock, we will ship that item as soon as it is available at no extra cost.

International Shipping:

We use USPS Priority Mail, which takes about 7-14 days to Canada, longer to other International destinations. Standard USPS international shipping charges applies.

Sales Tax:

All orders in California will be charged 8.75% sales tax. No sales tax will be charged if the shipping address is located outside of the State of California.

Natural Healing House respects the privacy of all its customers and will never sell, share or rent your information to anyone. Our website uses a Secure Socket Layering technology, the industry standard, to protect your personal information. Your information will be used to process your order, and contact you for shipping details.

Natural Healing House may occasionally contact you with information regarding new products, educational news, upcoming sales, and promotions. To be removed from the mailing list, please send us an email.

Return/Exchange Policy:

Excellent customer service is very important to us so our return/exchange policy is fair and simple. Please email Natural Healing House within fourteen (14) days of the date on your invoice and we will gladly give you return/exchange instructions. All returns must be in new condition in the unopened original packaging. If your item arrives damaged, please let us know immediately. We will ship missing items free of charge. Original shipping and handling charges for return/exchange items are non-refundable.
