For a short period of time while you are addressing mold and fungus stress in your body with homeopathic and isopathic remedies you should follow this anti-fungal and mycosis diet to support the success of the protocol.


What to Eat:

  • Fresh low starch vegetables and salads (raw or steamed)
  • Energy Soup and Living Soups
  • Seeds and Nuts (raw or sprouted)
  • Grains: Buckwheat, Barley, Millet, Kamut, Quinoa, Amaranth, Spelt
  • Legumes and Beans (sprouted or cooked)
  • Soy: Tofu, Soy milk, Tempeh, Miso
  • Fruits: Bitter Apples, Pineapple, Papaya, Mango, Honey Dew Melon, Kiwi, Lemon, Limes, Grapefruit
  • Healthy fats: Avocados, Olive Oil, Flax Oil, Borage Oil, Sesame Oil, Sunflower Oil
  • Flavor substitutes: Bragg's Liquid Aminos in place of Soy Sauce and Teriyaki

Do NOT Eat:

  • Yeast: Any products containing yeast
  • Sugar in any form: White, Brown, Raw, Fruit, Cane, Barley malt, Grape, Date, Maple syrup, Honey, Molasses, Corn syrup, NutriSweet, Saccharine, Aspartame
  • Starchy Grains: Rice, Oats, Corn
  • Starchy or Sweet Vegetables: Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes, Yams, Pumpkin, Squash, Acorn, Butternut, Beets, Carrots, Corn (includes corn tortillas, corn chips, tortilla chips)
  • Alcoholic beverages: Beer, Wine, etc.
  • Caffeine or Decaffeinated drinks: Coffee, Tea
  • Fried, Canned or Processed foods
  • Preservatives
  • Wheat or White Flour including noodles or pasta
  • All Fresh or Frozen Fruits (except as listed above)
  • All Fruit juices, Dried fruits, Jellies and Jams
  • Mushrooms
  • Dairy products: Cheese, Milk, Cream cheese, Sour cream, Margarine, Ice cream
  • Red meat, Pork, Veal, Lunch Meats
  • Peanuts or Peanut Butter
  • Condiments: Ketchup, Mustard, Mayonnaise, Barbecue or Soy sauce, Teriyaki, Tabasco, Picante sauce, Salad dressings, Relish
